Easy access to clean rooms with decent amenities. The small parking lot nearby solves the usual street parking hassle.
Noise carried from the neighbors, which can be a real bother come nighttime, especially with music booming after 11 PM. Additionally, expecting a fresh scent in the bathroom might leave you disappointed, as it has a musty odor due to poor ventilation, further exacerbated by communal living cleanliness issues.
